Security awareness training is an educational program designed to teach MCIE Employee, about the importance of security and the best practices to follow to protect information and systems. The goal of this training is to reduce the risk of human error, which is often the weakest link in cybersecurity defenses.
MCI maintains a highly visible Security environment that provides for the safety of the Company and our employees. However, no one can be totally risk free in today's society. To lessen the chances of security incidents occurring, everyone's cooperation and vigilance is needed. All members of the MCI community (employees, contractors, venders and other business partners) are encouraged to immediately report all suspected crimes, unusual or suspicious activities, and emergencies to the security department. The purpose of this presentation is to provide MCI employees basic security information that prepares them to protection of resources, detection of security breaches and reaction to a potential or actual security incident.
IT Support Technical Assessment – 50 Questions
This examination is designed to assess the technical knowledge and problem-solving abilities of applicants for an IT Support role. It consists of 50 multiple-choice questions, divided into:

- 25 Medium-difficulty questions: Covering fundamental IT support topics such as networking, system administration, troubleshooting, and security basics.

- 25 Hard-difficulty questions: Focused on advanced concepts including Active Directory, scripting, DNS, network protocols, Linux administration, and system diagnostics.
Each question has one correct answer. The test evaluates readiness to handle real-world technical issues commonly encountered in an IT support environment.
